Election Transparency: A Vision Moving Forward
NMET | March 6, 2023
In order to have transparency and see through the process, you must understand the process. The election process has become very complex. The complexity of the process leads to chaos. Chaos can subvert the process, disenfranchise the voters and lead to failure of the system. So, let’s learn the process and see how we can work together to simplify and make the process more transparent and secure.
As an organization we have 3 primary guiding documents, the Holy Bible, the New Mexico Constitution, and the United States Constitution. All laws, rules, statutes, and mandates must align with these documents.
CONSTITION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
Article 1 (Section 4)
The Congress shall assemble at least once in every year, and such meeting shall be (on the first Monday in December,) unless they shall by law appoint a different day.
CONSTITION OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO
Article II Bill of Rights (Section3)
The people of the state have the sole and exclusive right to govern themselves as a free, sovereign, and independent state.
Article II Bill of Rights (Section4)
All persons are born equally free, and have certain natural, inherent, and inalienable rights, among which are the rights of enjoying and defending life and liberty, of acquiring, possessing, and protecting property, and of seeking and obtaining safety and happiness.
